Outreach Ministries
"Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation".
Mark 16:15
Operation Christmas Child
Every year, we hold a shoebox packing party and collect boxes from other organizations and individuals. A trailer is packed, and the boxes are sent to the distribution center. Members also visit the distribution center and assist. If you would like to donate, contact the church office for information.
Orphan Grain Train
On a biweekly basis, we receive medical supplies from individuals and from Love, Inc., our local thrift store. We partner locally to distribute these supplies to those who need them, as well as internationally with Orphan Grain Train. We accept any medical supplies except for expired or prescription medication.
Quilting
Every Wednesday, 9 am-12 pm, our quilters sew and tie quilts that we ship out domestically and internationally through Orphan Grain Train and Lutheran World Relief. Come to quilting and stay for a cup of coffee!
Guatemala
We have been in partnership with our sister church, Santa Cruz, and her pastor, Dr. Elry Orozco, for 15 years. We return on a regular basis to do VBS, maintenance, and assist in medical clinics. Check out the latest update from our brothers and sisters in Amatitlan, Guatemala.
Love Inc meals
Pastor Muther is the vice-chair of the Love, Inc. Board of Directors, and we host a meal on the first Wednesday of every month. Check out their webpage for ways to serve!
Choir
Do you like to sing? If so, our choir director would LOVE to hear from you. Open to members and non-members. Contact the church office for information.
